Clanira records sessions, who voted to play, who turned up, and what each person’s share of the cost was. Apaon Pty Ltd provides the software. We are not a party to any arrangement between you and your team.
Nothing. Clanira is free to use — there are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no paid tiers and no adverts. Every feature is available to everyone. There are limits on how many teams one person can lead at once; those are there to keep the service affordable to run, not to sell you anything. The only money in Clanira is the money your own team already moves between its members, and none of it passes through us.
Clanira moves no money and holds no funds. Every amount you see is a record entered by a person — a leader recording a deposit, or a settlement calculated from a court fee they typed in. Disputes about money are between you and your team; we can show you the record, and that is the whole of our role.
You need a working email address to sign in. Keep access to it — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One account per person; do not share one.
A team’s leader sets its monthly amount, minimum balance and how costs are split, and records deposits and settlements. Joining a team means agreeing to that team’s rules, which is why they are shown to you before you join. A leader can remove a member; a member can leave.
Do not use Clanira to harass anyone, to record amounts you know to be false, or to try to reach data belonging to a team you are not in. We may suspend an account that does.
We aim to keep Clanira running but do not promise it will always be available. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will say so in the app when we do.
Clanira is provided as-is. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, we are not liable for a team’s financial arrangements or for a figure a member entered incorrectly.
You may stop using Clanira at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end your access if you breach these terms. Your team’s historical records remain with the team.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
