Clanira records sessions, who voted to play, who turned up, and what each person’s share of the cost was. Apaon Pty Ltd provides the software. We are not a party to any arrangement between you and your team.
Nothing. Clanira is free to use: no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no paid tiers and no adverts. Every feature is available to everyone. There are limits on how many teams one person can lead at once; those are there to keep the service affordable to run, not to sell you anything. The only money in Clanira is the money your own team already moves between its members, and none of it passes through us.
Clanira does not hold, receive, transfer or control money, and it is not a payment service, wallet or escrow. Every amount you see is a record entered by a person: an organiser recording a deposit, or a settlement worked out from the court fee they entered. Payments between members happen outside Clanira, and Clanira does not decide whether anyone legally owes anyone money. Disputes about amounts or payments are between the members involved. We can show you the records available to you, and that is the whole of our role.
You need a working email address to sign in. Keep access to it, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One account per person; do not share one.
A team’s organiser sets its monthly amount, minimum balance and how costs are split, and records deposits and settlements. Joining a team means agreeing to that team’s rules, which is why they are shown to you before you join. Leaving is done by your organiser: ask them to remove you and they can, at any time. We do it this way because your balance belongs to the team’s books, and someone has to settle up before you go.
Do not use Clanira to harass anyone, to record amounts you know to be false, or to try to reach data belonging to a team you are not in. Team chat is for organising your team: do not post threats, hate speech, sexual content, or anything unlawful, and do not post someone else’s personal details. You are responsible for what you write. Anyone can report a message from inside the app and we aim to review reports promptly, generally within 24 hours, and response times may vary depending on volume and severity; you can also block another member so their new messages stop reaching you. We may remove a message, and we may suspend an account, where this section is breached.
We aim to keep Clanira running but do not promise it will always be available. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will say so in the app when we do.
Clanira records what its users enter and does not check team records, payments or settlements. We are not responsible for disputes between team members, or for losses caused only by information a user entered incorrectly. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Clanira. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using Clanira at any time. You can delete your account in Profile, or by emailing [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We may end your access if you breach these terms. Your team’s historical records remain with the team.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
